Hello to all

Hi Everybody, new to this Forum but not new to brewing.
In Australia I have been brewing Beers (from Kits) and Cider from fresh Apple Juice.
Here in Thailand I have concentrated on Wine. I have been using the Tipco Grape Juice and a supply of Lalvin Champagne yeast. My setup is very primitive with no temperature control, no way of measuring specific gravity, so it has been a bit hit and miss.
I have however made drinkable wine, it won't ever win an award but on a per bottle basis is cheaper than what you can buy in the shops.
Unfortunately my yeast has now run out, so it is new territory for me using whatever yeast I can get my hands on.

Welcome to the board. Lots of of places to get yeast here now. Check out the where to buy section on our homepage.
