Franken beer (hefe with no wheat)

So i was looking for something to do with my afternoon and noticed i had some extra ingredients milled that i had forgotten about. Not one to want to waste anything i decided to make a bit of an experiment.

5# flaked oats
5# rye malt

Hops:

2.00 oz Hersbrucker [3.10 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 18.9 IBUs
1.00 oz Cascade [5.00 %] - Boil 20.0 min Hop 9.2 IBUs
1.00 oz Amarillo [7.20 %] - Boil 3.0 min Hop 2.7 IBUs

Now here's the kicker: mangrove jack m20 bavarian yeast(actually a culture ive been using for several batches)

Really curious to see what hellish beer spawns from this but im actually hopeful. Should get some nice spice from the rye with the oats bringing cream and body. Going to ferment a bit warm to help eek out those banana esters a bit more.

Btw for those truly nerdy among you, look into Dampfbier to see where i got most of this crazy idea.
